Things seem to be healing up; right shin is no longer sore and the right foot nerve damage is less painful every day. A new, rather annoying issue in the left Perroneal area. More tightness than soreness - keeping on eye on it, and not going to push my mileage just yet.
Oh, did 3 striders! Not far - just 20 or 30 yards each. Still - nice to do some speed for a change.
